Thank you for your interest in our catering services. We look forward to being a part of your event. The following information will be helpful in planning your function.
To allow the best possible service please, whenever possible, allow 10 business days particularly for larger events. We will of course accommodate last minute requests whenever possible. Please notify us of any food allergies.
We request a confirmed number of attendee’s and final arrangements 10 business days, prior to any event to ensure that we can organize your event effectively.
A cancellation fee of 25% of the total bill will be assessed if a cancellation notice is received within 72 hours before the event is to be held.
We will provide basic service ware for all event packages at no additional charge. If you choose only from the ala carte menus service ware will be an additional charge. Our food is served in disposable pans along with chafers, sterno and paper linens. We also provide serving utensils, plates, and cutlery.
You can modify your order on the catering website up to the order lead time for that menu. After that time, modifications to orders must be called in to the catering department.
We reserve the right to vary menu selections when necessary to meet market conditions.
All catered payments will be billed at the conclusion of your event. A copy of the invoice will be sent to you. If you wish to use a vending credit please let us know when you book your party.
If you are interested in customizing one of our menus, please inform us of your needs. Please note: Every event is subject to a 6% PA Sales Tax where applicable and a flat rate service fee of $350 - $450 per shift (dependent on location) which includes labor, delivery & set up, fuel and administration fees.
Service staff are included to set up and breakdown your event. Additional service staff are available during the event to help serve upon request at a rate of $30.00 per hour with a minimum of six hours.
If you would exclusively order from the A la Cart menu only additional labor and a service charge would be additional.
